Speculite Privacy Policy

This Policy applies to information we collect through the Services. It does not apply to third-party websites, wallets, exchanges, or tools that are linked from or integrated with the Services and governed by their own privacy policies.

• Account Information: username, profile image, account identifiers, and account settings.

• Wallet Information: public wallet addresses and wallet-related identifiers used to connect and use the Services.
• Transaction and Market Activity: orders, fills, positions, market interactions, and related event activity on our interfaces and connected infrastructure.
• Device and Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, session data, feature usage, referral URLs, and diagnostic logs.
• Approximate Location Data: inferred from IP for security, compliance, and fraud prevention.
• Cookies and Similar Technologies: to operate, secure, and analyze the Services.

3. Blockchain Data

Blockchains are public and immutable. If you interact with smart contracts or markets, your public wallet address and transaction history may be visible to anyone and may remain accessible permanently. We do not control third parties who index, store, or reuse public blockchain data.

4. How We Collect Information

We collect information directly from you, automatically from your use of the Services, and from third parties such as authentication providers, wallet providers, analytics vendors, anti-fraud providers, and publicly available sources.
